Salmon tartare and black sesame tartlets

Ingredients
4 short-crust pastry tartlets (from delicatessen)
200 g Alaskan salmon fillets
100 g crème fraîche
chives
10 g black sesame seeds
lemon olive oil
salt and pepper
To make
- Refrigerate the salmon fillets before dicing as finely as possible. Season the diced fish with lemon olive oil, salt and pepper. Add the sesame seeds.
- Season the crème fraîche with salt and pepper, then add the finely chopped chives. Fill the tartlets with the crème fraîche and top with the salmon tartare.
