Sesame-Crusted Wild Alaska Salmon

serves 4

Ingredients

2 lb. fresh Alaska salmon fillet, skinned & cut into 4 pieces
1 T. soy sauce
1 tsp. sesame oil
1 C. crushed potato chips
1 T. sesame seeds

Lime-Ginger Butter

Combine
4 T. butter
¼ tsp. Grated ginger
1 tsp. Grated lime rind
 

To make

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Brush salmon filet with soy sauce and sesame oil.  Combine crushed chips and sesame seeds.  Roll salmon into chip mixture and place on a lightly greased foil-lined baking sheet.
  3. Bake 15 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.  Serve with Lime-Ginger Butter.
