Sesame-Crusted Wild Alaska Salmon

Ingredients
2 lb. fresh Alaska salmon fillet, skinned & cut into 4 pieces
1 T. soy sauce
1 tsp. sesame oil
1 C. crushed potato chips
1 T. sesame seeds
Lime-Ginger Butter
Combine
4 T. butter
¼ tsp. Grated ginger
1 tsp. Grated lime rind
To make
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Brush salmon filet with soy sauce and sesame oil. Combine crushed chips and sesame seeds. Roll salmon into chip mixture and place on a lightly greased foil-lined baking sheet.
- Bake 15 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork. Serve with Lime-Ginger Butter.
