Smoked Salmon and Caper Pizza Topping

Ingredients

125g cream cheese
60g sour cream
150g smoked salmon
45ml capers
1 tbsp fresh dill
1 tsp lemon juice

Recipe

 

1. Make the pizza dough.

2. Combine the cream cheese, sour cream, dill and lemon juice until smooth and spread over the pizza.

3. Arrange the salmon and capers over the pizza base.

4. If using a pre-made base follow the manufacturers cooking instructions or make your own pizza dough and follow the instructions shown on the page.
