Smoked wild salmon salad and raw marinated asparagus with white balsamic vinegar and argan oil

Ingredients
280 g Alaskan smoked salmon
8 stalks asparagus
1 bunch rocket
salt and pepper
white balsamic vinegar
argan oil
To make
- Trim the asparagus and slice very thinly, then mix with the rocket leaves.
- Marinate in white balsamic vinegar and argan oil to which salt and pepper have been added.
- Mix in small strips of smoked salmon. This dish is best served with fresh baguette.
