Smoked wild salmon salad and raw marinated asparagus with white balsamic vinegar and argan oil

Serves 4

Ingredients

280 g Alaskan smoked salmon
8 stalks asparagus
1 bunch rocket
salt and pepper
white balsamic vinegar
argan oil

 

To make

  1. Trim the asparagus and slice very thinly, then mix with the rocket leaves.
  2. Marinate in white balsamic vinegar and argan oil to which salt and pepper have been added.
  3. Mix in small strips of smoked salmon. This dish is best served with fresh baguette.
