New Partner Marketing Resource Kit welcomed at 2012 International Boston Seafood Show

At this year’s International Boston Seafood show in March, MSC rolled out a new Partner Marketing Resource Kit (PMRK) designed to help commercial partners communicate about the MSC program and mission to their customers. The kit includes a variety of marketing and promotional items such as advertisements, posters, static clings, spear tags, announcement banners, wallet cards, and other attractively designed materials that can be used as is or customized to include a partner’s branding and logo. The PMRK was very well received by retailers and other companies during the show, and MSC plans to continue to evolve and enhance available assets in the kit based on user feedback. Recently MSC also launched an online Marketing Toolkit  to assist retailers and brands. MSC March Update draws an overflow crowd

Also at the International Boston Seafood Show, MSC held its annual Update Meeting. This year’s meeting included remarks by Rupert Howes, MSC’s Chief Executive, and Kerry Coughlin, MSC’s Regional Director for the Americas. Panelists were Paul Uys, Vice President of Sustainable Seafood at Loblaw Companies Limited, Chris Smith, National Director of Protein at United Natural Foods, Inc. (UNFI), and Henk Brus, Managing Director at Pacifical, which markets the newly certified PNA tuna fishery. You can view video of the event in the Newsroom section.
