Joint-marketing campaigns

The MSC works closely with commercial partners to build awareness in the industry and with consumers, and to increase the value of the MSC ecolabel to our partners

In February 2008, MSC began working with the internationally-renowned agency Saatchi & Saatchi X who generously offered pro bono support to improve consumer awareness and recognition of the MSC ecolabel. To achieve this we have introduced a joint-marketing initiative that is designed to increase awareness of the MSC program at the same time as enhancing the sustainability credentials of seafood brands and retailers.

Our aims are to
•    Generate fresh ideas and new materials for marketing activity
•    Improve understanding of the MSC program
•    Enhance the sustainability credentials of our partners
•    Make MSC-labelled products important to shoppers
•    Improve our partners' sales and the demand for MSC-labelled seafood.

Joint marketing campaigns

We're joining forces with partners throughout the world to roll out joint-funded marketing campaigns. Find out more below.
