Nephrops

NephropsNephrops go by many names including Norway lobster, Dublin Bay prawn, langoustine and scampi. They are a ‘mud-loving’ species due to their habit of digging burrows in the mud for shelter.

Nephrops are slim orange-pink lobsters, up to 24 cm long, with their muscular tail being the most prized meat. Try some of our sustainable nephrops recipes below!
