Lemon and Beer Marinated Toothfish
300gm mesculin salad leaves
300gm sweet potato crisps
200ml dill mayonnaise (store bought)
1kg Toothfish steaks
330ml beer (preferably ale or lager)
½ tsp sugar
zest of 1 lemon
Cover toothfish in beer, sugar and lemon zest mixture and leave overnight.
- Heat BBQ
- Drain liquid from steaks
- Cook steaks until flesh opaque
- Serve with portions of salad leaves, sweet potato crisps and dill mayonnaise.
