Sustainable salmon pasta

Serves 2
Ingredients
210g can MSC-labelled sustainable salmon, drained and flaked
375g ribbon pasta
½ cup sundried tomatoes
2 teaspoons capers
½ cup fresh basil leaves
2 teaspoons balsamic vinegar
Method
- Cook pasta until al dente.
- Drain and return to hot saucepan, add salmon and remaining ingredients, tossing well.
- Season with salt and cracked black pepper.
