Notes

1. The diagram above is intended to represent the MSC Objections Procedure. If any interpretive issues arise in relation to the diagram, the text of the MSC Objections Procedure will prevail in all instances.

2. Days means working days.

3. Where the time limits prescribed in this procedure do not account for statutory holidays in countries where involved stakeholders reside, the Independent Adjudicator will have the discretion to allow an extension of time limits so that all parties have the nominated number of days in which to respond.
