1. Source MSC-certified sustainable seafood
Find businesses that can supply you with sustainable seafood from an MSC-certified sustainable fishery.

2. Get certified for MSC Chain of Custody
Find out how your restaurant or take-away can get certified to the MSC Chain of Custody standard for seafood traceability.
3. Get an MSC Ecolabel Licence
Once your restaurant or take-away is certified, you need to apply for a license to use the MSC ecolabel in your business.
