Are we eligible?

Your restaurant is eligible for online assessment if it meets all of the following criteria:

•    Independent

•    Located in the UK or the Netherlands

•    A legal entity - most registered businesses will be

•    The management are in charge of 1 kitchen supplying 1 dining room. (Online assessment is not open to businesses with multiple kitchens or dining rooms - e.g. a high rise building with several canteens or a university campus with a number of kitchens and dining rooms.)

•    The management are responsible for seafood sourcing, traceability throughout the business, staff training and how the menu looks

•    The restaurant is not one of a chain which all operate under the direction of 1 head chef. I.e. the local management must be able to make decisions

•    All food prepared is either eaten on the premises or taken away ready to eat. (Online assessment is not open to businesses selling food that isn't for immediate consumption either in a  restaurant or as a takeaway).
