Report ecolabel misuse
The MSC ecolabel rewards sustainable fishing practices and allows consumers to choose sustainable seafood.
Use of the MSC ecolabel and of the words "Marine Stewardship Council" must be authorised by the MSC. Whenever a company makes claims about the MSC without authorisation, businesses and consumers are misled, and our mission of making the seafood market more sustainable is jeopardised.
The MSC name and ecolabel are trademarks owned by the MSC - unauthorized use is prohibited and will be treated as a trademark infringement.

All reports of ecolabel misuse will be treated confidentially and we will not share any of your details when investigating possible misuses.
