He is also a Senior Fellow for WWF-US and previously he was the head of international policy for the US National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration in the Clinton administration. In addition, he served a term as Chair on the Committee on Fisheries of the UN Food and Agriculture Organisation. |

| Dr Keith Sainsbury (Vice Chairman) | Keith Sainsbury has conducted research on the assessment, ecology, exploitation and conservation of marine resources and ecosystems for over 25 years. Most recently he heads up a research team to develop and apply a scientific basis for multiple-use planning and management of marine ecosystems under Australia's three year-old National Oceans Policy. |

| Mr Mike Parker (Chairman of Finance Committee) |
| Mike Parker is the Deputy Chief Executive of Young's Bluecrest Seafood Ltd, the UK's largest seafood company with an approximate 30% share of the UK consumer market. Through its 'Fish for Life' brand, the company has stated its support for and commitment to the principle of sustainable fisheries and sustainable fishery practices. Mike Parker has been instrumental in driving these principles through every part of the organisation. | |

| Ms Margaret Wittenberg |
| Margaret Wittenberg is Global Vice President of Quality Standards and Public Affairs for Whole Foods Market, Inc. Since 1981, she has provided guidance for the company in quality assurance; food safety; environmental policy; governmental issues; food and nutrition education and corporate communications. She has written four food and nutrition based books including, most recently 'New Good Food: Essential Ingredients for Cooking and Eating Well.' | |

| Mr Kees Lankester |
|
Kees Lankester is founding director of Scomber consultancy, advising on fisheries management and ocean wildlife. Previously he was principle scientific adviser for the Dutch national delegation to the International Whaling Commission and International Policy Officer at the Netherlands Society for Nature and Environment. He currently works on fisheries access in developing nations' waters, with an emphasis on Africa. He has written numerous scientific articles and papers on fisheries, marine and conservation issues. | |

| Dr Euan Dunn |
|
Euan Dunn is Head of Marine Policy at the Royal Society for the Protection of Birds, Europe's largest wildlife charity and UK partner of BirdLife International. He is responsible for wide-ranging policy development and advocacy on the interactions between fisheries and marine birds, nationally and internationally. Euan also leads BirdLife International's Global Seabird Programme, which works with fishermen, governments and international organisations to reduce seabird mortality in fisheries. | |

| Mr Jeff Davis |
|
Jeff Davis currently serves as a director of American Seafoods, one of America’s largest integrated seafood companies; and is the 2007 Chairman of the National Fisheries Institute, the national trade association for the American seafood industry. Mr Davis began his seafood industry career in the early 70’s and later became President and CEO of Baader North America Corporation. In 2000 he became a partner in American Seafoods and served as CEO of American Seafoods International until 2005. | |

| Ms Annie Jarrett (Stakeholder Council Co-Chair) |
| Annie Jarrett has been involved in the Australian commercial fishing industry for 25 years in the catching, marketing and management sectors, with particular expertise in the Australian prawn industry. She is currently the Executive Officer of the Northern Prawn Fishery Management Advisory Committee and a member of the Australian Commonwealth Fisheries Association. She also manages her own consultancy company, Pro-Fish Pty Ltd which specialises in providing fisheries management advice and developing property rights based management regimes for commercial fisheries. | |

| Mr Javier Corcuera |
|
Javier Corcuera is a marine biologist. He currently is the Latin American representative for the Coasts and Water Programme in the Avina Foundation. From 1997 to 2006 Javier was Director General of Fundación Vida Silvestre Argentina (FVSA) where he developed a close relationship with WWF and developed the Agentine FSC National Initiative. Under Javier’s leadership FVSA supported the creation of the first Argentine national marine coastal park. Javier is co-author of the books ‘The Environmental State of Argentina’ in 2000 and 2005. | |

| Mr John Connelly |

John Connelly, President of the National Fisheries Institute (NFI) since 2003, represents a wide range of interests of US fish and seafood businesses. With commercial fishing vessel owners, importers, processors, distributors, restaurants and grocery markets as members, NFI represents the fish and seafood commerce chain from ‘the water to the table.’ Mr Connelly recently served as Chairman of International Coalition of Fisheries Associations and was named by IntraFish Media as the Person of the Year for 2006. | |

| Dr David Agnew (Technical Advisory Board Chair) |

Dr Agnew is Reader in Fisheries and Population Biology at Imperial College London. He has extensive experience in the conservation and management of marine living resources. Dr Agnew's technical expertise lies in fisheries assessment, statistical data analysis and modelling. He has a particular interest in southern ocean fisheries, marine ecosystem and fisheries management issues worldwide, and the application of effective enforcement solutions to combat Illegal, Unregulated and Unreported fishing. | |
