Help a fishery get certifiedHelp a fishery get certified as sustainable

Provide financial support - Local authorities, national governments, industry organisations and NGOs are just some of the groups that have given financial support or capacity to help a fishery undergo assessment against the MSC standard. If you’re a seafood buyer you can encourage the fishery from which you source to get certified.

Contribute to an assessment - Our commitment to stakeholder participation allows anyone to have a say in the assessment process that each fishery undergoes to get MSC certified. Help our assessments to be robust and credible - find out how you can contribute to an assessment.
