Wild Canadian Sablefish Ltd. has begun the full assessment process for Marine Stewardship Council (MSC) certification. Its vessels within this British Columbian directed commercial sablefish (Anoplopoma fimbria) fishery will be evaluated against MSC’s global standard for sustainable and well-managed fisheries. Sablefish is also known as black cod.
