Office Assistant, France

We’re looking for an Office Assistant for our office in Paris. You’ll provide support to the Program Director, France and the team, as well as to the Regional Director, South Europe and AMESA. The role includes diary management and planning, making travel arrangements, managing correspondence and other day-to-day operations.

Working Hours: Part time –30 hours/week (full time equivalent 35 hours/week) – working days to be agreed

In addition, this post will play a lead role in providing administrative, executive and logistical support to the MSC’s operations in France and will support the team with Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) data management. The post holder will also focus on office management activities in France: this includes liaising with the landlord, IT and telephone service suppliers, cleaning services, mail and office utilities, and administrative support.

Who are you?

You will:

  • Be able to demonstrable a track record of prior experience in an equivalent or similar role;
  • Have excellent organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail;
  • Be able to communicate in French and English (both written and spoken);
  • Have a high level of proficiency with IT;
  • Be able to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple projects;
  • Be able to work independently, show initiative and manage activities within budget.
