We’re recruiting for a Senior Social Media Officer to manage and develop our global social media strategy and channels.  

As part of our Global Communications and Marketing team, you will be responsible for maintaining our global social media tools and channels, overseeing social media engagement, advertising and content. You will work with international influencers, develop and oversee digital content production and manage global social media advertising. You’ll also train and develop colleagues in offices around the world helping them to maximize our online engagement for communications, marketing and fundraising purposes. 

The Senior Social Media Officer will be an expert in using the MSC’s social media tools and platforms.

Through our world-leading certification and ecolabeling programme we recognise and reward sustainable fisheries and through the leadership of our partners, create market incentives to encourage other fisheries to improve the way they operate. Over 300 fisheries around the world, representing 12 % of the annual global marine catch, are now engaged in the MSC programme. MSC certified and labelled seafood products are now available in over 100 countries.
