Tuna salad sandwich

  • 1 can MSC certidied tuna
  • 2 tbsp avocado oil mayo
  • 2 tbsp greek yogurt
  • 1/3 apple, diced
  • 2 tbsp pecans, chopped
  • 1 tsp dijon mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 slices of sourdough bread
  1. Drain tuna and empty can into a medium-sized bowl.
  2. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix until fully incorporated.
  3. Enjoy on sourdough bread for a delicious sandwich

Note: if you don’t want to make a sandwich, this recipe works well as a stand alone salad, in lettuce cups, with crackers, or even on its own!
