Crumbed Mullet Fillets

Ingredients
5 Mullet fillets
2 eggs
1/4 cup milk
1 tsp Minced garlic
1/2 cup plain flour - white or wholemeal flour is okay
2 table spoons dry grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup Bread crumbs - fresh or packaged okay salt and pepper to taste
To make
- Combine flour, Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper in a plastic bag
- Combine eggs, garlic and milk in a shallow dish
- Put bread crumbs into another plastic bag
- Place mullet fillets in bag with flour mix and shake well to coat fillets all over
- Place floured fillets into egg mixture and coat all over
- Finally put fillets into bag containing bread crumbs
- Place fillets in fridge for 60 mins or cook immediately
- Shallow fry in olive oil on each side until golden brown
