Smoked Salmon and Caper Pizza Topping
125g cream cheese
60g sour cream
150g smoked salmon
1 tbsp fresh dill
1 tsp lemon juice
1. Make the pizza dough.
2. Combine the cream cheese, sour cream, dill and lemon juice until smooth and spread over the pizza.
3. Arrange the salmon and capers over the pizza base.
