European Fisheries Fund

For fisheries operating in the EU grants can be made available under the European Fisheries Fund. This aims to secure a sustainable future for the fishing industry.

Sea Change Investment Fund

Sea Change Investment Fund website

The Sea Change Investment Fund aims to use the power of the market to encourage sustainable fishing practices. It is supported by the Packard Foundation and was launched in March 2005.

Sea Change Investment Fund grants are open to companies that increase the availability of sustainable seafood in the marketplace.

Sustainable Fisheries Fund

Sustainable Fisheries Fund website

The Sustainable Fisheries Fund (SFF) supports sustainable fisheries around the world. The SFF is administered by the Resources Legacy Fund and is particularly interested in fisheries that wish to be assessed against the Marine Stewardship Council’s environmental standard for sustainable fishing.

SFF grants are open to fisheries and seafood organisations, fisheries management organisations, academic and research organisations and non-governmental organisations.
