- 4 fillets (about 680g) MSC certified salmon
- Olive Oil
- Pinch of garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Lime for garnish
Pineapple Salsa
- 1 cup of chopped pineapple
- 1 jalapeno with seeds removed & chopped
- 1 red pepper, chopped
- 1/2 red onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup of chopped cilantro
- 1 lime, juiced

Method
Salmon:
- Preheat oven to high broil.
- Take your MSC Certified salmon fillets and place them on a cooking sheet.
- Pour olive oil over them
- Season with salt & pepper, garlic powder, and any other seasonings you like. I used some chipotle powder with these.
- Broil on high for about 7-8 mins.
Salsa:
- Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. You can make this in the time it takes to broil the salmon.
- Top grilled salmon with salsa and serve with your favorite side and greens!
