MSC Norway marks World Ocean Day 2026 through digital campaign

MSC Norway celebrated World Ocean Day 2026 with a multi-channel digital campaign designed to raise awareness of sustainable seafood and ocean stewardship.

World Ocean Day creates an opportunity to highlight the essential role healthy oceans play in supporting ecosystems, livelihoods and global food systems.

To mark the occasion, MSC Norway launched campaigns across Meta platforms including Instagram and Facebook, as well as YouTube, reaching audiences through targeted and engaging content.

The campaign focused on increasing awareness of sustainable seafood choices and encouraging audiences to consider the connection between responsible fisheries management, traceability, and ocean health.

Through digital storytelling and cross-platform visibility, MSC Norway aimed to make sustainability messages more accessible and relevant to consumers and stakeholders.

The campaign forms part of MSC Norway’s broader communications work to support informed choices and greater understanding of sustainable seafood and ocean health.
