To celebrate Sustainable Seafood Week (16th - 24th September, 2021), we ran ocean-themed cooking classes with a trio of top chefs who are seriously passionate about sustainable seafood. They showed how simple it is to cook tasty seafood dishes and shared their top culinary tips.

A pioneer of seafood in the UK, multi-talented Mitch is an award-winning seafood restaurateur and cookbook author, fishmonger, chef and supporter of sustainable fishing and the industry. He lives on the South Devon coast and is a long-standing MSC UK ambassador.

The founding head chef of Pidgin, in London, which she steered to a Michelin-star, Elizabeth Haigh swapped architecture for food after a stint on Masterchef UK. With her popular YouTube channel and collaborative food business Kaizen House, she is known for fusing her Singaporean-British heritage and fine dining cooking experience with a passion for wood-fire cooking.
