Chef Gregory is a Top Chef runner up and judge, published author, and strong advocate for sustainable seafood. He is passionate about continuing his seafood education as a chef and sharing the importance of sustainable seafood with Americans.
Tiare is a Pacific halibut fish harvester, marine conservationist, former participant in the UN Food Champions Network, commercial diver, underwater photographer, and artist. She’s written several articles for the MSC about the important role sustainable seafood plays in global food security, and what it’s like to both conserve and catch fish.
Chef Charlotte has been with the MSC since 2017. She is the CEO and founder of Scout Canning and is passionate about seafood education. She creates engaging online content on a wide range of topics from how to thaw and cook various types of seafood, to what to look for when shopping, to recipes and how-to guides.
