                    Ingredients
For the tuna:
- 2 MSC Yellowfin Tuna Steaks 
- 1 tsp vegetable oil 
- ½ tsp black sesame seeds 
- Pinch of sea salt flakes 
- For the melt: 
- 1 Avocado – thinly sliced or substitute with smashed pea pesto 
- 1 tsp dill, finely chopped 
- ½ red onion, thinly sliced 
- 50g sliced mozzarella 
- 50g sliced mature cheddar 
- 2 large slices of sourdough 
- 1 tbs of mayo 
Method
- Start by sprinkling your tuna steaks with sesame seeds and sea salt. Heat your oil in a hot non-stick frying pan and sear the steaks for 30-60 secs on each side. Then place to one side.
- Spread the avocado on a slice of bread, then sprinkle with chopped dill, sliced onion and the tuna steaks.
- Cover with cheese and top with bread. Spread the bread with mayo and cook for 3-4 mins on each side for a golden tuna melt.
- Season to taste and serve with sweet chilli sauce.
